Schedule of Rental Income definition

Schedule of Rental Income or “SRI” means the same as described in the Regulatory Agreement.

Related to Schedule of Rental Income

  • Rental Income means the aggregate of all amounts payable to, or for the benefit or account of, the Borrower in connection with the letting or permitted third party occupation or use of the whole or any part of the Property including each of the following amounts:

  • Schedule of Rates means the priced Schedule of Rates forming part of the tender [where applicable].

  • Purchase at retail means the acquisition, consumption or use of telecommunications through a sale at retail.

  • Schedule of Contracts means the list or lists of Contracts attached as Schedule A to this Agreement, which Contracts are being transferred to the Owner Trustee as part of the Trust Estate, which list or lists shall set forth the following information with respect to each such Contract in numbered columns:

  • Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number means the 9-digit number assigned by Dun and Bradstreet, Inc. (D&B) to identify unique business entities.

  • Data Universal Numbering System +4 (DUNS+4) number means the DUNS number assigned by D&B plus a 4- character suffix that may be assigned by a business concern. (D&B has no affiliation with this 4-character suffix.) This 4-character suffix may be assigned at the discretion of the business concern to establish additional SAM records for identifying alternative Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) accounts for the same parent concern.

  • Schedule of compliance means a schedule of remedial measures included in a state permit, including an enforceable sequence of interim requirements (for example, actions, operations, or milestone events) leading to compliance with the Act, the CWA and regulations.

  • Preliminary Purchase Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02.
