Scheduled Interest Rate definition

Scheduled Interest Rate means the applicable rate of interest or, if the Reference Obligation is not in the form of debt, the rate used to calculate periodic distributions pursuant to the terms of the Reference Obligation as of the Effective Date (or the date on which such Reference Obligation was added to the Reference Portfolio) scheduled to be paid (or if the Reference Obligation is not in the form of debt, payable, assuming satisfaction of any condition to payment) under the terms of the Reference Obligation as of the Effective Date (or the date on which such Reference Obligation was added to the Reference Portfolio) on the outstanding principal amount of the Reference Obligation. Such interest rate shall be the Scheduled Interest Rate even if interest is not required to be paid or is paid at a lower rate under the terms of the Reference Obligation from time to time if sufficient funds are not available, pursuant to an available funds cap or otherwise.
Scheduled Interest Rate means, with respect to each Interest Period, the Floating Rate determined in respect of such Interest Period.
