Scheduled Property definition

Scheduled Property shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.05(l).
Scheduled Property means property more fully described in "Schedule No.1".
Scheduled Property means the parcels of land described in the Schedules to this Act together with all buildings and erections on those parcels;

  • The Lessee shall have the sole and exclusive ownership to anything installed (movable or fixed) on the Scheduled Property during the tenure of the lease).

More Definitions of Scheduled Property

Scheduled Property means items listed in the Declarations owned by you or for which you are legally liable. "Scheduled Property" does not mean contraband, or property in the course of illegal transit or trade.

Scheduled Property means the property described in Schedule 2, or when used in relation to a particular Obligor, such of the properties described in Schedule 2 as are owned by it at the relevant time, in each case together with (by way of extension of Section 6 of the Conveyancing Act 1881) all rights, liberties, powers, easements, quasi easements and appurtenances (in each case of whatever nature) attached or appurtenant thereto and all buildings, erections, fixtures, fittings (including trade fixtures and fittings) and fixed plant and machinery from time to time therein or thereon and all Related Rights;
Scheduled Property means (i) any improved property described in the then current Economic Model as an "Operating Property", which is scheduled to be sold, in such current Economic Model, regardless of whether such sale is projected for the current or a later fiscal year, (ii) any unimproved lot, tract or parcel described in the then current Economic Model as "Land and Property", which is scheduled to be sold in such current Economic Model, regardless of whether such sale is projected for the current or a later fiscal year, and (iii) any Bulk Home Site Parcel.
