Scheduled Put Option Date definition

Scheduled Put Option Date means initially the tenth anniversary of the date of the closing of the Loan, subject to extension as set forth in Section 4.08 hereof, and if extended by the Bank, the tent anniversary of the prior Scheduled Put Option Date.
Scheduled Put Option Date means initially the tenth anniversary of the date of the closing of the Bonds, subject to extension as set forth in Section 5(b) hereof.

  • Class B Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in June 2021.

  • Scheduled Principal Payment means the scheduled payment of principal due on the Mortgage Loan on a Monthly Payment Date.
