Scheduled Reductions definition

Scheduled Reductions means the amount by which the Aggregate Commitment is reduced on each Reduction Date as set forth on the Aggregate Commitment Reduction Schedule.
Scheduled Reductions means the following amounts on the following dates: (a) Euro 32,500,000 on September 30, 2004, (b) Euro 97,500,000 on December 31, 2004 and (c) Euro 130,000,000 on each of March 31, 2005, June 30, 2005, September 30, 2005 and February 20, 2006.

More Definitions of Scheduled Reductions
