Scheduled return definition

Scheduled return means the scheduled return, whether in money or property, (including returns of and returns on investment) with respect to an investment amount associated with a certificate issued to a designated investor in a fund of funds determined in accordance with the limited partnership agreement or the operating agreement of such fund of funds for the period from the date of the closing to the applicable maturity date. If relevant for determining the amount of the scheduled return, the board shall presume that a verified tax credit will be transferred at 100 percent of the amount stated on the verified tax credit. It shall be the burden of a designated investor to show that the verified tax credit cannot be transferred without discounting the amount stated on such credit.

  • This extension of coverage will end on the earlier of the date You reach Your originally scheduled Return Destination or ten (10) days after the originally Scheduled Return Date.

  • If You incur a covered Injury or Sickness on Your Trip and a treating Physician certifies that You are not Medically Fit to Travel to Your Return Destination on Your Scheduled Return Date, the Medical Evacuation and Repatriation benefit will be automatically extended until You are Medically Fit to Travel and transported to Your Primary Residence or You reached the Maximum Benefit Amount shown in the Schedule of Benefits.

  • This extension of coverage will end on the earlier of the date You reach Your originally scheduled Return Destination or 10 days after the originally Scheduled Return Date.

  • If You are Hospitalized due to a covered Injury or Sickness on Your Trip and a treating Physician certifies that You are not Medically Fit to Travel to Your Return Destination on Your Scheduled Return Date, this benefit will be extended for an additional 10 days, or until You are released from the Hospital and Medically Fit to Travel, or You reached the Maximum Benefit Amount shown in the Schedule of Benefits, whichever is earlier, provided that Hospitalization goes beyond the date Your Coverage Ends.

  • The Company will reimburse You for Trip costs for which premium has been paid up to the amount set forth in the Schedule of Benefits if You are prevented from completing Your Trip for any of the reasons listed in Section 5.1 that occur after Your Scheduled Departure Date and Prior to Your Scheduled Return Date.

  • The first Priority Schedule shall be filed on or before fifteen days after the Scheduled Return Date.

  • If You are Hospitalized due to a covered Injury or Sickness on Your Trip and a treating Physician certifies that You are not Medically Fit to Travel to Your Return Destination on Your Scheduled Return Date, this benefit will be extended for an additional 14 days, or until You are released from the Hospital and Medically Fit to Travel, or You reached the Maximum Benefit Amount shown in the Schedule of Benefits, whichever is earlier, provided that Hospitalization goes beyond the Scheduled Return Date.

  • There shall be no charge for dockage on or after the Scheduled Return Date through and including July 41, however, all other charges under the Tariff applicable to a vessel without an operating agreement shall be paid during that period.

  • If the Classica returns prior to the Scheduled Return Date, all charges under the Tariff that are applicable to a vessel without an operating agreement (e.g. dockage, water, electricity) shall be payable for the date of the return and until the day before the Scheduled Return Date.
