Investment Amount. 3.1. The Organization shall not arrange or incur any expenditure other than those stipulated in the Agreement, on behalf of the Museum, without prior authorization by the Contracting Authority. 3.2. Funds for the work performed shall be released on the following basis: Investment not to exceed $xx,xxx.xx inclusive of all expenses. All amounts are in Canadian funds.

Investment Amount. 2.1. Based on the eligible expenses in the Project proposal’s budget, the total DMC investment will be up to a maximum of $AMOUNT CAD. The Museum may ask for clarification of questionable costs and other ineligible expenses may be at a later stage.

Within one business day following such a contingency fund transfer by Treasurer, IOC shall initiate transfers from the General Revenue Fund or Health Insurance Reserve Fund, as applicable, into the fund identified in Exhibit A to resolve the liquidity issue.

Investment Amount. At or prior to the Closing Date (defined below), Investor shall deliver to the Company the Investment Amount by (i) wire transfer or other electronic funds transfer in accordance with the Company’s instructions as provided on the Platform, (ii) cancellation of indebtedness if agreed to in advance by the Company, or (iii) any combination of the foregoing. In the event that the Investment Amount is paid by Investor, in whole or in part, by cancellation of indebtedness, then Investor shall surrender to the Company for cancellation at the Closing Date, any evidence of such indebtedness or shall execute an instrument of cancellation in form and substance acceptable to the Company. Funds for the Investment Amount will be held in an escrow account established by the Company through the Platform (the “Escrow Account”) and released to the Company at the discretion of the Company in accordance with Section 3 and subject to the terms and conditions of the escrow agreement related to such escrow account (the “Escrow Agreement”), this Agreement and the Platform Terms of Use.

Investment Amount. Effective as of the Renewal Date, a single Investment Amount will be computed by summing all Landlord Payments made to date.
