Scheduled Synchronization Date definition

Scheduled Synchronization Date means in relation to the Power Station, the date, which shall be maximum of Sixty (60) days prior to the Scheduled COD of the respective Unit; (assuming 30 days period for stabilization for first synchronizing and 30 days period for trial run);
Scheduled Synchronization Date. Scheduled Date of Synchronization" means the date by which the Company schedules to Synchronize and connect the Unit, for the first time, with the Gird System as per the provisions of the Implementation Agreement.

Examples of Scheduled Synchronization Date in a sentence

  • In case the Company intends to Synchronize a Unit earlier than the Scheduled Synchronization Date for the first Unit, such notice shall be given at least 180 days in advance.

Related to Scheduled Synchronization Date

  • Scheduled Downtime has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Scheduled Uptime means the total minutes in the reporting month less the total minutes represented by the Scheduled Downtime.

  • Programme Date means the date of this Base Prospectus.

  • Mid-Month Receipt Period With respect to each Distribution Date, the one month period beginning on the Determination Date (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, from and including the Cut-Off-Date) occurring in the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs and ending on the day preceding the Determination Date immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Unscheduled Rebalance means an unscheduled rebalance occurring on a Valuation Date on which the rebalancing mechanism built in the relevant Index or Investment Strategy in respect of a Series of ETP Securities has been triggered by a change in the price of the corresponding Reference Asset of such Index or Investment Strategy by more than the relevant trigger level for the Index or Investment Strategy in accordance with its methodology.
