Scheduled Synchronization Date definition

Scheduled Synchronization Date means in relation to the Power Station, the date, which shall be maximum of Sixty (60) days prior to the Scheduled COD of the respective Unit; (assuming 30 days period for stabilization for first synchronizing and 30 days period for trial run);
Scheduled Synchronization Date. Scheduled Date of Synchronization" means the date by which the Company schedules to Synchronize and connect the Unit, for the first time, with the Gird System as per the provisions of the Implementation Agreement.
Scheduled Synchronization Date means in respect of a Unit, the date which falls fifteen (15) days before required COD of the relevant Unit

Examples of Scheduled Synchronization Date in a sentence

  • In case the Company intends to Synchronize a Unit earlier than the Scheduled Synchronization Date for the first Unit, such notice shall be given at least 180 days in advance.

  • Contractor shall promptly give FPL notice of any expected change in the Scheduled Synchronization Date or other information provided with the notice as described above (or any modifications thereto); provided that Contractor shall provide at least ten (10) days prior written notice of the actual synchronization date.

  • Together with the notice of the Scheduled Synchronization Date, Contractor shall provide FPL a start-up and test schedule for the Project and copies of all manufacturers’ specifications, schedules of protection schemes, and protection relay settings.

  • In case the Company intends to Synchronize a Unit earlier than the Scheduled Synchronization Date for the first Unit, such notice shall be of 60 days in advance.

  • Contractor shall promptly give Owner and Utility notice of any expected change in the Scheduled Synchronization Date or other information provided with the notice as described above (or any modifications thereto); provided that Contractor shall provide at least ten (10) days prior written notice of the actual synchronization date.

  • Together with the notice of the Scheduled Synchronization Date, Contractor shall provide Owner and Utility a start-up and test schedule for the applicable Phase and copies of all manufacturers' specifications, schedules of protection schemes, and protection relay settings.
