Scheduling Protocol definition

Scheduling Protocol means the scheduling protocol initialled by BHP Billiton and Rio Tinto on or about the date of the Implementation Agreement, as amended or replaced from time to time in accordance with clause 3.13(b).
Scheduling Protocol has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).
Scheduling Protocol means the scheduling protocol attached as Schedule 1; “Settled Forecast” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1;

Examples of Scheduling Protocol in a sentence

  • The dynamic functionality established under this Agreement shall be implemented and operated in accordance with CAISO Tariff Section 4.5.4.3, other applicable provisions of the CAISO Tariff, all applicable NERC and WECC policies, requirements, and provisions, and the CAISO Dynamic Scheduling Protocol.

  • Telemetry data from Dynamic Resource- Specific System Resources shall be provided in accordance with the requirements of the CAISO’s Dynamic Scheduling Protocol in Appendix X.

  • Each Generating Unit and System Unit used to bid Regulation or used to self-provide Regulation must have been certified and tested by the ISO using the process defined in Part A of Appendix K, Each System Resource used to bid or self-provide Regulation must comply with the Dynamic Scheduling Protocol in Appendix X.

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 3.2.1, in the event of noncompliance with the provisions of the CAISO Dynamic Scheduling Protocol, set forth in Appendix M of the CAISO Tariff, the CAISO shall have the right to suspend or terminate this Agreement after three (3) instances of noncompliance.

For the purposes of determining responsibilities and rights at a given time, the ERCOT Protocols, as amended in accordance with the change procedure(s) described in the ERCOT Protocols, in effect at the time of the performance or non-performance of an action, shall govern with respect to that action.

  • Maintenance Manual shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 10.7; “Maintenance Programme” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.3; “Maintenance Period” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause14.2;

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement described in this Schedule C; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired in Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Program Documentation, and the Data Processing Agreement. The following do not apply to any Oracle Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement.

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.

  • Interoperability means the ability of a CenturyLink OSS Function to process seamlessly (i.e., without any manual intervention) business transactions with CLEC's OSS application, and vice versa, by means of secure exchange of transaction data models that use data fields and usage rules that can be received and processed by the other Party to achieve the intended OSS Function and related response.   • Multiregional Modeling Working Group or “MMWG” shall mean the NERC working group that is charged with multi-regional modeling.
