Scheme Hearing definition

Scheme Hearing means the Court hearing to sanction the Scheme under section 899 of the Companies Act, including any adjournment thereof;
Scheme Hearing means the hearing by the Court of the petition to sanction the Scheme, at which the Scheme Order is expected to be granted;
