Scheme Meetings definition

Scheme Meetings means the meetings convened pursuant to an order of the Court (and any meetings called following an adjournment) at which the Scheme will be considered and voted upon by the Scheme Parties and any adjournment thereof.
Scheme Meetings means the Court Meeting and the General Meeting;
Scheme Meetings means, together, the Cayman Scheme Meeting and the Hong Kong Scheme Meeting.

Scheme Meetings means the meetings of the Scheme Parties to vote on the Scheme convened pursuant to an order of the Court (and any meetings called following an adjournment).
