School Board Policy definition

School Board Policy means any and all policies of the adopted by the School Board and in effect at the time the RFP is published and as these said policies may be amended from time to time (“School Board Policy”). All Board Policies are incorporated into this Solicitation and into all Proposals submitted by a Proposer, by reference.
School Board Policy means policy adopted by the School Board, which governs the relationship between the Employer and each employee not otherwise covered by a Working Agreement..
