Working Agreement definition

Working Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7 of the Agreement.
Working Agreement means the Agreement(s) established from time to time between the parties for the purpose of determining compensation, reserve accounts, on-call issues, Physician Benefit Plans and any other issues which the parties agree to negotiate at the Working Agreement(s) negotiations, and includes subsidiary agreements; and,
