School Board Representative means the Chair of the School Board, the School Board Superintendent, or any other School Board official designated by the same in writing to the Trustee.

Examples of School Board Representative in a sentence

  • Bidder agrees that School Board will make no payments pursuant to the terms of the contract until all required proof or evidence of insurance has been provided to the School Board Representative.
