  • Bidder agrees that School Board will make no payments pursuant to the terms of the contract until all required proof or evidence of insurance has been provided to the School Board Representative.

Related to School Board Representative

  • Board Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 4.18.

  • Board of Trustees means the trustees from time to time serving under the Trust’s declaration of trust, as amended from time to time.

  • Company Representative means the person or persons appointed and approved in writing from time to time by the Company to act on its behalf for overall co- ordination.

  • Nominated Representative means, in respect of each party, the person whose details are set out in the Special Conditions (if any).

  • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 114;

  • Appointed Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1.

  • Local Committee means the Local Complaints Committee constituted under section 6;

  • OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.

  • Independent representative means a person who:

  • Creditors’ Committee means the statutory committee of unsecured creditors appointed in the Chapter 11 Cases pursuant to section 1102 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Special Committee means a committee of the Board of Managers of the Company comprised of two individuals, each of whom qualifies as an Independent Manager.

  • Authorized Company Representative means each person at the time designated to act on behalf of the Company by written certificate furnished to the Authority and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Company by its President, any Vice President or its Treasurer, together with its Secretary or any Assistant Secretary.

  • Lead Director means, at any given time, the lead, independent member (if any) elected as such by the Board and occupying such position.

  • Company Representatives shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(a).

  • Department Representative means an individual who represents the Department and presents the Department’s position in a hearing.
