School District Bonds definition

School District Bonds means the bonds or notes issued and delivered by the School District to or upon the order of the Authority, in order to evidence the School District’s obligation to repay the Loan, the form of which School District Bonds is set forth as Exhibit E hereto.
School District Bonds is defined in the recitals to this Agreement.

Examples of School District Bonds in a sentence

  • At least five Business Days prior to the authentication by the Trustee and delivery of Authority Bonds and in order to evidence the obligation of the School District to the Authority to repay the Loan financed with proceeds of the Authority Bonds, the Authority and the School District agree that the School District will execute and deliver to the Trustee its School District Bonds, to be held in escrow pending delivery of the Authority Bonds.

  • The School District shall not file a Form 8038-G (or similar information reporting form) with the Internal Revenue Service with respect to the School District Bonds.

  • Pursuant to Section 3.6 and as evidence of the Loan made to the School District, the School District hereby agrees to issue to or upon the order of the Authority, and to deliver to or upon the order of the Authority, the School District Bonds in an aggregate principal amount of up to the Principal Amount, bearing interest at rates not exceeding the Maximum Rate and expected to mature at the times and in the amounts set forth in Exhibit D hereto.

  • The terms of the School District Bonds issued by the School District to evidence its obligation to repay the Loan are to be as set forth in this Financing Agreement and in the Notice of Terms.

  • The School District shall pay all costs and expenses of the Authority in effecting the redemption of any Authority Bonds prior to maturity that are so redeemed due to the redemption prior to maturity of any School District Bonds, including any difference in the amount of interest due on the School District Bonds and the amount of interest due on the Authority Bonds.

  • Subject to the provisions of this Article III, the definitive terms of the Loan and the School District Bonds shall be as set forth in the Notice of Terms (a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit I) delivered by the Authority to the School District.

  • School district means a public school district.

  • district municipality means a municipality that has municipal executive and legislative authority in an area that includes more than one municipality, and which is described in section 155 (1) of the Constitution as a category C municipality;

SDPC (The Student Data Privacy Consortium): Refers to the national collaborative of schools, districts, regional, territories and state agencies, policy makers, trade organizations and marketplace providers addressing real-world, adaptable, and implementable solutions to growing data privacy concerns.

  • School District/Public Entity means the School District/Public Entity that executes the contract.

  • Local district means a local government entity under Title 17B, Limited Purpose

  • District board means the board of directors of the district.

  • Urban district means the territory contiguous to and including any street or highway which is built up with structures devoted to business, industry, or dwelling houses situated at intervals of less than one hundred feet for a distance of a quarter of a mile or more, and the character of such territory is indicated by official traffic control devices.

  • School District/Public Entity means the School District/Public Entity that executes the contract.

  • District Property means all property owned by the District including, but not limited to, the Amenity Center, common areas, parking lots and ponds.
