School for training drivers definition

School for training drivers means a school for the training of drivers which is licensed to operate in this State and provides instruction in the operation of vehicles for which a Class A, Class B or Class C commercial driver’s license is required.
School for training drivers means a business conducted by a natural person, association, partnership, corporation or other business entity, for the education of students, in a classroom or by means of communications technology, or in a motor vehicle, [or both,] in preparation for the examination for a driver’s license or learner’s permit required by the department to operate a motor vehicle.
