Scottish FA definition

Scottish FA means the Scottish Football Association Limited, a company incorporated in Scotland under the Companies Acts with the registered number SC005453 and having its registered office at Hampden Park, Glasgow G42 9AY;

  • In the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions the Scottish FA reserves the right to cancel this Ticket and retain the money paid therefor.

  • The Scottish FA is under no obligation to replace any Tickets that are lost or stolen.

Related to Scottish FA

  • Finance Parties means the Agents, the Arrangers, the Bookrunners, the Security Trustee, the Lenders and each Hedge Counterparty and “Finance Party” means any of them.

  • English learner or "EL" means a child included in the

  • Security Parties means each Borrower, each Guarantor, each Chargor, and any other person (other than a Manager or Charterer) who may at any time during the Facility Period be liable for, or provide security for, all or any part of the Indebtedness, and "Security Party" means any one of them.

  • MR means the mechanical rights granted in clauses 2.1.1 and 2.1.2.

  • CJA means the Courts of Justice Act, RSO 1990, c C-43, as amended;

  • British Council Entities means the subsidiary companies and other organisations Controlled by the British Council from time to time, and any organisation which Controls the British Council (the “Controlling Entity”) as well as any other organisations Controlled by the Controlling Entity from time to time;

  • Creditor Parties means, collectively, the Administrative Agent, the Lenders, the L/C Issuers and each co-agent or sub-agent appointed by the Administrative Agent from time to time pursuant to Section 9.05, and the other Persons to whom the Obligations are owing.

  • SONIAi-pLBD means, in respect of any London Banking Day falling in the relevant Interest Period, the SONIA Reference Rate for the London Banking Day falling "p" London Banking Days prior to the relevant London Banking Day "i".

  • relevant licence means a production licence for petroleum in force under Part III of the Petroleum Act 1967 immediately before the commencement of this section.

  • Demerged Undertaking means the Premium Brands Business of the Demerged Company and includes related assets, liabilities, rights and powers, on a going concern basis, representing an undertaking in compliance with Sec. 2(19AA) of the Income Tax Act, as on the Appointed Date, which shall be transferred and vested with the Resulting Company upon Demerger by the Demerged Company in terms of this Scheme.
