Scottish Mortgage definition

Scottish Mortgage means, in respect of any Mortgage Loan in the Mortgage Portfolio, a Mortgage secured over a Scottish Property;
Scottish Mortgage means a first ranking Standard Security over a Property located in Scotland; Scottish Sub-Security means each Standard Security to be executed pursuant to Clause 3.4 of the Deed of Charge;
Scottish Mortgage means a Mortgage secured or intended to be secured over residential Property in Scotland;
