Scottish Mortgage definition

Scottish Mortgage means, in respect of any Mortgage Loan in the Mortgage Portfolio, a Mortgage secured over a Scottish Property;
Scottish Mortgage means a first ranking Standard Security over a Property located in Scotland; Scottish Sub-Security means each Standard Security to be executed pursuant to Clause 3.4 of the Deed of Charge;
Scottish Mortgage means a Mortgage secured or intended to be secured over residential Property in Scotland;

Examples of Scottish Mortgage in a sentence

  • In relation to each Scottish Mortgage, the Borrower has a valid and marketable heritable title to the relevant Property which has been or will be registered or (as applicable) recorded in the Registers of Scotland with (in the case of registered titles) no exclusion of indemnity.

  • Scottish Mortgage means a first ranking standard security over a Property located in Scotland.

  • In relation to each Mortgage Loan Agreement, each of the mortgagors together own the full legal or heritable estate in the relevant Property or in relation to a Scottish Mortgage Loan the grantor (or grantors of the relevant Scottish Mortgage is (or are) the only heritable proprietor of the whole of the Property, and each such mortgagor or grantor is a Borrower in respect of the relevant Mortgage Loan Agreement and no other person is a Borrower in respect of any such Mortgage Loan Agreement.

  • No Mortgage Loan Agreement is a right to buy Mortgage Loan Agreement and no Property is subject to any statutory charge or (in the case of a Scottish Mortgage) standard security created by, in the case of an English Mortgage, the Housing Act 1985 or, in the case of a Scottish Mortgage, the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987.

  • Registration NatWest and NWHL have agreed following any enforcement action under any security to NatWest or NWHL, or at the time that a legal transfer of an English Mortgage (or, as the case may be, a Scottish Mortgage) to the Issuer is completed pursuant to the Mortgage Sale Agreement, to co-operate with each other with a view to reflecting the above priorities in any register or with any filing or registration authority.
