Screening Measures definition

Screening Measures has the meaning set forth in Section 24.1.
Screening Measures shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.
Screening Measures means, with respect to either Party, such screening and eligibility measures as required by such Party’s generally applicable human resources policies and procedures (the “HR Policies”) and applicable Law. Each Party shall maintain all records with respect to each of its Borrowed Employees as required of an employer by applicable Law. At all times that a person is serving as a Borrowed Employee, such Borrowed Employee shall remain an employee of the Party supplying such Borrowed Employee subject to all of its HR Policies. Promptly after execution of this Agreement, each Party shall designate in writing a liaison to be responsible for addressing performance, conduct, and compliance issues (“HR Issues”) relating to the Borrowed Employees. Each Party may change its designated liaison from time to time upon ten (10) Days prior written notice to the other Party.

  • information gathering measures means laws and administrative or judicial procedures that enable a Contracting Party to obtain and provide the requested information;

Each such measure shall be, to the extent applicable, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles as consistently applied by the Company (or such other standard applied by the Committee) and, if so determined by the Committee, and in the case of a Performance Compensation Award, to the extent permitted under Code Section 162(m), adjusted to omit the effects of extraordinary items, gain or loss on the disposal of a business segment, unusual or infrequently occurring events and transactions and cumulative effects of changes in accounting principles. Performance Measures may vary from Performance Period to Performance Period and from Participant to Participant, and may be established on a stand-alone basis, in tandem or in the alternative.

  • Evaluation Criteria means the criteria set out under the clause 27 (Evaluation Process) of this Part C, which includes the Qualifying Criteria, Functional Criteria and Price and Preferential Points Assessment.

  • Mitigation Measures means “mitigation measures” as defined in subsection 2(1) of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, 2012.
