Screening Period definition

Screening Period has the meaning set forth in Section 4.07(b).
Screening Period means the calen­ dar period of time measured, in the case of reportable excess personal property, from the day following receipt of a re­ port, as prescribed by § 101-43.311-2, in the appropriate G SA office, or in the case of nonreportable excess personal property, from the day following the dato of the determination by the hold­ ing agency that the property is available for screening as excess, to and including the day of the surplus release date.
Screening Period means the four (4) month period following the date of shipment by Pharmacopeia of each Library Sample to Cubist or such longer period as may be established under Section 2.3.2 below.

  • All AEs regardless of seriousness or relationship to study drug, including those occurring during the Screening Period, are to be recorded on the corresponding page(s) of the eCRF and in the patient’s medical record from the ICF signature until study end for each patient.

More Definitions of Screening Period

Screening Period means the period commencing on the Effective Date and terminating on the twelve (12) month anniversary of the Effective Date, unless extended by mutual agreement of the parties.

  • Billing Period means (subject to Article 6.1 of the Agreement) the calendar month ending with the Metering Date. The first Billing Period shall commence from the Commercial Operation Date and end with the Metering Date corresponding to the month in which the Commercial Operation Date occurs.

  • Operating Period for any Element of the Project shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of such Element of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date and for the Project, shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date;

  • Baseline Period means the period used to determine the baseline emission rate for each regulated pollutant under OAR 340 division 222.

  • Research Period means the research period as described in the Commissioned Research Plan. In accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, in the event that the Agreement ended prior to the completion date of the research originally set, the date the Agreement ends shall be read as the research period.

  • Development Period means the period from the date of this Agreement until the Appointed Date;
