Screening Period definition

Screening Period has the meaning set forth in Section 4.07(b).
Screening Period means the calen­ dar period of time measured, in the case of reportable excess personal property, from the day following receipt of a re­ port, as prescribed by § 101-43.311-2, in the appropriate G SA office, or in the case of nonreportable excess personal property, from the day following the dato of the determination by the hold­ ing agency that the property is available for screening as excess, to and including the day of the surplus release date.
