SDK Run Time Code definition

SDK Run Time Code means the unmodified object code files in the BMC CM Product that are designated as re-distributable. “SDK Client” means a software technology with e a principal purpose and functionality substantially different than that of the SDK Run Time Code and that uses only a BMC Desktop/Mobile Management Product, a BMC Device Management Product and/or a BMC Server Management Product, as applicable, to invoke the update functionality of the SDK Run Time Code. An SDK Client may only be used on, or distributed to, licensed Endpoints that are licensed separately by Customer, which licensed Endpoints may be within or outside of Customer’s organization. “Endpoint” means a Client Endpoint, a Device Endpoint, a Server Endpoint, or Other Endpoint, as the case may be. “Client Endpoint” means a laptop, desktop or other non-Server Computer. “Device Endpoint” means a personal digital assistant or similar computing device. “Other Endpoint” means a router, a switch, a hub, or other network device, peripheral or hardware instrument, as the case may be. “Server Endpoint” is any virtual or physical Computer that provides a service for other Computers or users connected to it via the Internet, extranet, intranet, or other networked technologies.

  • Minimum Run Time For all generating units that are not combined cycle units, “Minimum Run Time” shall mean the minimum number of hours a unit must run, in real-time operations, from the time after generator breaker closure, which is typically indicated by telemetered or aggregated State Estimator megawatts greater than zero, to the time of generator breaker opening, as measured by PJM's State Estimator. For combined cycle units, “Minimum Run Time” shall mean the time period after the first combustion turbine generator breaker closure, which is typically indicated by telemetered or aggregated State Estimator megawatts greater than zero, and the last generator breaker opening as measured by PJM’s State Estimator.

  • Maximum Run Time means the maximum number of hours a generating unit can run over the course of an Operating Day, as measured by PJM’s State Estimator.

  • relevant minimum wage means the minimum wage and includes any incremental adjustment prescribed in this award for the class of work for which an employee is engaged

  • Executable Code means the fully compiled version of a software program that can be executed by a computer and used by an end user without further compilation.

  • Client Money Rules means the Securities and Futures (Client Money) Rules (Chapter 571I of the Laws of Hong Kong) made by the SFC under section 149 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance as amended from time to time;

  • Minimum wage means wages as defined under the Minimum Wages Act-1948 and amended from time to time.

  • Statutory Penalties are those amounts awarded as a penalty, but are fixed in amount by statute.

  • Brand Name or Equal Specification means a specification which uses one or more manufacturer’s names or catalogue numbers to describe the standard of quality, performance, and other characteristics needed to meet District requirements, and which provides for the submission of equivalent products.

  • JORC Code means the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves prepared by the Joint Ore Reserves Committee of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Australian Institute of Geoscientists and Minerals Council of Australia, as amended;

  • Polar Code means the International Code for ships operating in polar waters, consisting of an introduction, part I-A and part II-A and parts I-B and II-B, as adopted by resolutions MSC.385(94) and MEPC.264(68), as may be amended, provided that:.1 amendments to the environment-related provisions of the introduction and chapter 4 of part II-A of the Polar Code are adopted, brought into force and take effect in accordance with the provisions of article 16 of the present Convention concerning the amendment procedures applicable to an appendix to an annex; and.2 amendments to part II-B of the Polar Code are adopted by the Marine Environment Protection Committee in accordance with its Rules of Procedure.

  • Part-time Teacher means a Teacher employed by the Board on a regular basis for other than full-time duty.

  • Weapon-free school zone means school property and a vehicle used by a school to transport students to or from school property.

  • Drug Free Workplace Act Party will assure a drug-free workplace in accordance with 45 CFR Part 76.

  • Part 2 means Part 2 of the withdrawal agreement or (as the case may be) Part 2 of the EEA EFTA separation agreement, so far as the Part in question applies to and in the United Kingdom;

  • DEC means the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.

  • Civil penalty means the payment Licensee has agreed to pay to the United States Treasury;

  • Mass Privacy Act is defined in Section 9.2 hereof.

  • Drug-free workplace means a site for the performance of work done in connection with a specific contract at which the employees of the Contractor are prohibited from engaging in the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession, or use of a controlled substance.

  • Non-Participating Marriage and Family Therapist means a Marriage and Family Therapist who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Double check valve assembly means an assembly composed of two single, independently acting, check valves including tightly closing shutoff valves located at each end of the assembly and suitable connections for testing the water tightness of each check valve.

  • Open Source Code means any software code that is distributed as “free software” or “open source software” or is otherwise distributed publicly in source code form under terms that permit modification and redistribution of such software. Open Source Code includes software code that is licensed under the GNU General Public License, GNU Lesser General Public License, Mozilla License, Common Public License, Apache License, BSD License, Artistic License, or Sun Community Source License.

  • Minimum Hourly Work Requirement means the work hours over a given time period that are required of you by your Employer in order to be eligible for coverage. Your Minimum Hourly Work Requirement is specified in the Schedule of Benefits.

  • Real-Time Commitment means NYISO’s multi-period security constrained unit commitment and dispatch model, as defined in the NYISO Tariffs.

  • Xxxxxxx Act means the Xxxxxxx Antitrust Act of 1890.

  • Civil War means an internecine war, or a war carried on between or among opposing citizens of the same country or nations.

  • Small Business Enterprise (SBE) means a business that is certified as an SBE under this program or the following similar programs and meeting the below economic thresholds (Section III “Economic Size Standards”).
