Device Management. 35.1. A balanced deployment of print devices, services and supplies is key to the optimisation of MPS. The Contractor will ensure that there is an accurate list of all assets, which is updated on a regular basis with the correct configuration, location and status of the device. This list shall be reported to the Authority and/or Framework Public Bodies when required. 35.2. The Contractor will offer a comprehensive maintenance service and ensure that all consumables a device will require during its lifecycle such as toner, maintenance kits etc. are provided on a proactive and timely basis. 35.3. The Contractor will ensure that the service levels of the machines are kept to agreed levels and that relevant management information is provided relating to this. 35.4. The Contractor should be able to provide proactive monitoring as required by the Framework Public Bodies when calling off from the Framework, however, it is not a mandatory requirement that all catalogue items have the ability for proactive monitoring.

Device Management a. The parents and student agree that Wellesley Public Schools’ Mobile Device Management Service will interact with the iPad remotely, including, but not limited to inspecting, installing or removing profiles, viewing which applications are installed, using secure erase functions and enforcing device passcodes. b. WPS staff will work with parent/guardian and student to create a school-based Apple ID and password for their student for leased or owned devices. c. WPS is responsible for creating an Apple ID and password for the student for families who do not participate in the lease, own or BYOD portions of the program.
Device Management. 14.2.1 The Supplier shall work co-operatively with Contracting Authorities to ensure the best utilisation of Devices by providing flexibility around the management, (re)location and (re)deployment of Contracting Authorities Devices throughout the duration of the Call Off Contract. 14.2.2 The Supplier shall ensure that all Devices within their area of control, are operated to ensure that print jobs are directed to the most efficient and cost effective Device. The Supplier shall ensure that this approach includes Contracting Authorities sites that utilise third party multi-vendor Legacy Equipment. 14.2.3 The Supplier shall provide proposals which shall form part of the regular review process with Contracting Authorities, following assessment of Device deployments against Contracting Authorities User demands/printed volume and utilisation of the Devices. 14.2.4 The Supplier shall ensure that proposals seek to increase the number of personnel utilising each Device to improve the User per Device ratio and support continual reduction of the Contracting Authorities print costs.
Device Management. Typically, CERT-EU will be the sole provider of software-level device management for the Sensor. With root/super-user/administrator level access to the device, CERT-EU will maintain system status awareness, apply operating system (“OS”) patches and upgrades, troubleshoot problems on the device, and work with the Constituent to help ensure the device remains available. CERT-EU will monitor for availability of the Sensor, notify the Constituent when certain utilization thresholds have been met, and monitor the device during working hours. Regular, automatic updates will be provided for the software and firmware. For non-Appliance based Sensors, the Constituent is responsible for all OS-level management. For Appliance-based Sensors, CERT-EU will assume responsibility for the OS-level management.

As such, it is a condition that any personal device connected to the College network has the appropriate monitoring tool/s operating. • Other ‘Personal Access Devices’, once connected to the network such as a Window Surface or phone, after the appropriate permission has been obtained should only be used in classes whereby teachers have expressly permitted their use. • The College is not responsible for the loss, misuse or damage to personal mobile devices. • Students; o are required to inform the teacher or others when using the camera and audio recording functions and are reminded that they must not publish photographs to any online network. o are required to actively check portals and email for communications from the College. o may not loan their device to another student or leave it in such a place that it is likely to be easily stolen. o The College only provides 5Ghz WiFi. o No charging facilities are avalble while at school due. Do not bring any chargers to school. o Where there is reason to suspect that a student has materials on their device that contravene the Child Safe Framework or Servite ICT Policy the College has the right to check the device and subsequently follow up with parents/guardians Students and parents are encouraged to read and discuss the issues covered in this Agreement and understand the requirements and consequences of students not adhering to the contents. 1. We have read and understood the Information and Learning Technology Loan Agreement. 2. We agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this agreement. 3. We agree to return the College loaned device in the same condition as received, including all extras. 4. We are aware that any breaches of the ILT Loan Agreement may result in my child’s/ children’s immediate removal from the system for a specified period as per the College’s Behavior Management Policy and in relation to the severity the offence. 5.
