Seasonal restaurant is a challenging field for anyone who gets involved no matter what position they undertake from owners to managers, supervisors, chefs, or waiter positions.
Restaurant means a business location:
Full-service restaurant license means a license issued in accordance with
seasonal worker means a worker who has been paid wages by a seasonal employer for work performed only during the normal seasonal work period.
Water-oriented use means a use that is water-dependent, water-related, or water-enjoyment, or a combination of such uses.
Restaurants means a business that prepares and serves food and drinks to customers.
Private sewage disposal system means a system which provides for the treatment or disposal of domestic sewage from four or fewer dwelling units or the equivalent of less than sixteen individuals on a continuing basis.
Catchment Area means the geographical area covered under a Local Homeless Assistance Continuum of Care Plan, as designated and revised as necessary by the State Office on Homelessness, in accordance with Section 420.624, F.S.
Sewage disposal system means the structures, valves, pipes, pumps, meters or other appurtenances used in the conveyance through the sewer reticulation system and treatment at the treatment works under control of the Municipality and which may be used by it in connection with the disposal of sewage, and shall include the sea outfall pipeline;
Casino means a casino as defined in section 1 of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No. 8 of 2010);
Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase marijuana from marijuana cultivation facilities and marijuana and marijuana products from marijuana product manufacturing facilities and to sell marijuana and marijuana products to consumers.
Cultivation site means a location where cannabis is planted, grown, harvested, dried, cured, graded, or trimmed, or a location where any combination of those activities occurs.
Hotels means the hotel properties described in Exhibit A hereto, as it may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of Lessee and Operator to add hotel properties or to delete hotel properties as a result of termination of this Agreement with respect to one or more hotel properties pursuant to the termination provisions set forth in this Agreement. “Hotel” shall mean any hotel set forth on Exhibit A as it may be amended from time to time.
Airport lounge means a business location:
Business Centre means each of the places so specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement.

Production, Use or Storage of Nuclear Material means the production, manufacture, enrichment, conditioning, processing, reprocessing, use, storage, handling and disposal of Nuclear Material.
Local Access and Transport Area or "LATA” has the meaning given to the term in the Act.
Nonattainment area means an area so designated by the administrator, acting pursuant to Section 107 of the Act.
Household waste means any solid waste (including garbage, trash, and sanitary waste in septic tanks) derived from households (including single and multiple residences, hotels and motels, bunkhouses, ranger stations, crew quarters, campgrounds, picnic grounds, and day-use recreation areas).
Transit-oriented facility means a facility that houses a transit station in a manner that promotes transit ridership or passenger rail use.
Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.
Intended use plan or “IUP” means the program document identifying the intended uses of funds available for loans pursuant to the WPCSRF and the DWSRF.
