Second Court Hearing definition

Second Court Hearing means the hearing of the Court pursuant to Section 411(4)(b) of the Australian Act to approve the Scheme.

Tax Authority means any Regulatory Authority responsible for the assessment, collection, withholding or administration of Tax in any country or jurisdiction. Trading Day means a trading day as defined in the Listing Rules.
