Second Court Hearing definition

Second Court Hearing means the hearing of the Court pursuant to Section 411(4)(b) of the Australian Act to approve the Scheme.
Second Court Hearing means the hearing by the Court of the claim form to confirm the Capital Reduction;
Second Court Hearing means the hearing of the application to the Court for an order pursuant to Section 41 1(4)(b) of the Corporations Act approving the Scheme.

Second Court Hearing means the first day on which the Court makes a final determination in connection with the Scheme;
