Scheme Participant definition

Scheme Participant means a State or Territory or the Commonwealth if, under section 3, it is a scheme participant;

Scheme Participant means a person referred to in clause 4.1 or 4.2;

Scheme Participant means a participant in the Pension Scheme;

• Where the calculation of the Scheme Consideration to be issued to a particular Scheme Participant would result in the Scheme Participant becoming entitled to a fraction of a cent, the fractional entitlement will be rounded up or down (as applicable) to the nearest whole cent.

More Definitions of Scheme Participant

Scheme Participant means a Selected Person who has duly accepted an Offer in accordance with these By-Laws, and “Scheme Participants” shall be construed accordingly.
