Second home definition

Second home means a residential property that:
Second home means any dwelling not deemed to be the sole or main residence of the liable person and which is furnished as defined by the Council Tax (Prescribed Class of Dwellings) (England) Regulations 2003 as amended; and
Second home means a residential property that: (1) An individual occupies for some portion of the filing year; and (2) Is not a rental property or a time share.
