Second residential unit definition

Second residential unit means a second residential unit, or granny flat, either a detached or attached dwelling unit, which provides complete, independent living facilities for one or more persons with provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking, and sanitation on the same parcel as the primary residence.
Second residential unit means a residential unit which is ancillary to a Principal Residential Unit and is located on the same lot therewith.
Second residential unit means a legally existing separate dwelling unit, which is ancillary to a principal residential unit and includes a separate access, kitchen, washroom and living space.
