Seconded Staff Member or “SSM” means an individual sent from a Seconding Entity to a Host Entity that complies with the following conditions at the date of the Secondment:

  • If need be, a Secondment is subject to the Seconded Staff Member obtaining a valid visa entitling him/her to work in the host country, and compliance with the host country’s immigration rules.
