Section 429 Notice definition

Section 429 Notice means a notice under Section 429(2) of the Companies Xxx 0000 to a shareholder of the Target who has not accepted the Offer compulsorily acquiring the Shares of that shareholder.
Section 429 Notice means in relation to the Company means a notice served by a person who has become entitled to serve that notice on the shareholders of the Company under section 429 of the Companies Act 1985.
