Secure Parking definition

Secure Parking means the party referred to in Item 2 trading as Secure Parking and its assigns, successors, servants, agents and contractors.

  • The terms of this condition shall extend and shall at all times apply whilst the vehicle is parked or otherwise in Secure Parking's custody or control or whilst it is being moved or driven and shall extend and at all times apply whilst the vehicle is retained by Secure Parking pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof.

  • To the extent permitted by law, Secure Parking will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever to any goods or chattels alleged to have been left with Secure Parking for safe custody howsoever such loss or damage may be caused whether by the negligence or otherwise of Secure Parking or by the negligence or otherwise of any person acting with or without the authority of Secure Parking.

  • Notwithstanding any demand or request to the contrary Secure Parking shall be entitled to move any vehicle while it is parked in the Car Park by driving it or towing it away, even if it is locked.

  • As a fundamental and essential term of this Agreement the Licensee agrees and accepts that Secure Parking does not nor does it have authority to accept any goods or chattels of the Licensee for safe custody.

  • No time or other indulgence granted by Secure Parking shall constitute a waiver of any of its rights herein or at law and Secure Parking shall not be precluded from exercising any such rights against the Licensee which may have arisen in the past or which might arise in the future.

  • The vehicle may be moved or driven to such place as Secure Parking deems fit in the case where it is being retained by Secure Parking in any case where the Car Park has to be evacuated in an emergency or closed in whole or in part.

  • Publication of winners will be in the Secure Parking Website within 7 days of each prize draw.

  • If the Licensee breaches any term, condition or covenant of this Agreement, Secure Parking may, without prejudice to its rights hereunder, terminate this Agreement by notice in writing with immediate effect.

  • Secure Parking shall be entitled to deny the Licensee access to or egress from the Car Park if the Fortnightly Parking agreement has not been confirmed by Secure Parking at any time.

  • Subject to this Agreement Secure Parking will permit the Licensee to use and occupy the parking space(s) referred to in Item 5 at the Car Park referred to in Item 1, in such position as Secure Parking at all times determines.

Related to Secure Parking

  • Secure Area means an area to which only authorized representatives of the entity possessing the Confidential Information have access, and access is controlled through use of a key, card key, combination lock, or comparable mechanism. Secure Areas may include buildings, rooms or locked storage containers (such as a filing cabinet or desk drawer) within a room, as long as access to the Confidential Information is not available to unauthorized personnel. In otherwise Secure Areas, such as an office with restricted access, the Data must be secured in such a way as to prevent access by non-authorized staff such as janitorial or facility security staff, when authorized Contractor staff are not present to ensure that non-authorized staff cannot access it.

  • farm building means that part of a bona fide farming operation encompassing barns, silos and other ancillary development to an agricultural use, but excluding a residential use;

  • Public building and "public work" means a public building of, and a public work of, a governmental entity (the United States; the District of Columbia; commonwealths, territories, and minor outlying islands of the United States; State and local governments; and multi-State, regional, or interstate entities which have governmental functions). These buildings and works may include, without limitation, bridges, dams, plants, highways, parkways, streets, subways, tunnels, sewers, mains, power lines, pumping stations, heavy generators, railways, airports, terminals, docks, piers, wharves, ways, lighthouses, buoys, jetties, breakwaters, levees, and canals, and the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of such buildings and works.

  • Outbuilding means and refer to structures such as (by way of example and not limitation) storage buildings, sheds, greenhouses, gazebos and other Roofed Structures.

  • Parking Facility means a parking area or structure having

  • Parking None unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("UNRESERVED PARKING SPACES"); and None reserved vehicle parking spaces ("RESERVED PARKING SPACES"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)

  • Parcel 2 COMMON AREA APPURTENANT TO EACH COMMERCIAL UNIT PARCEL 3: NONEXCLUSIVE EASEMENTS PARCEL C (COMPRISING PARCEL 1, PARCEL 2, AND PARCEL 3,) PARCEL 1;

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • Parking Structure means a Building, or any part thereof, principally used for the parking of motor vehicles;

  • Easement Area means the area of the servient lot marked on the survey-strata plan as being subject to the relevant easement; and

  • adjacent land means all land that borders a property and all land that would have bordered a property, if they were not separated by a river, road, railway line, power transmission line, pipeline, or a similar feature;

  • mixed-use building means a building or structure containing a residential and non- residential use other than a home occupation;

  • The Building means any building of which the Property forms part.

  • Project Property means the real property on or for which preconstruction service or construction work is or will be provided.

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Main building means a building in which is conducted the main or principal use of the parcel on which it is erected;

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Accessory Building means a detached building or structure, not used for human habitation that is subordinate to the primary use of the same property.

  • Height of building means height measured from the abutting road and in case of undulated terrain height can be considered as average of the corresponding ground level. The parapet wall, staircase head room, lift room, water tank are excluded from the height of the building.

  • Historic building means a building, including its structural components, that is located in this state and that is either individually listed on the national register of historic places under 16 U.S.C. 470a, located in a registered historic district, and certified by the state historic preservation officer as being of historic significance to the district, or is individually listed as an historic landmark designated by a local government certified under 16 U.S.C. 470a(c).

  • Tandem parking means that two or more automobiles are parked on a driveway or in any other location on a lot, lined up behind one another.

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.
