Securities Trading Day definition

Securities Trading Day means each business day in a Securities Trading Location when settlement of securities trades can be made by the office of State Street (or, if applicable, any agent therefor) in such Securities Trading Location.
Securities Trading Day means any day that is (or, but for the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event, would have been) a trading day on the Securities Exchange;

Examples of Securities Trading Day in a sentence

  • If, on any Securities Trading Day, State Street delivers Borrowed Securities as provided in Section 4.1 hereunder and the Borrower does not deliver Securities Loan Collateral as provided in Section 3.1 hereunder, State Street shall have the absolute right to the prompt return of the Borrowed Securities.

  • For purposes of determining the Securities Trading Day on which the Borrowed Securities must be returned to State Street, the first Securities Trading Day shall be the Securities Trading Day that follows the Securities Trading Day on which notice is given.

  • No later than the close of trading on the Collateral Transfer Day that next follows the Securities Trading Day upon which the Borrower returns the Borrowed Securities to Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx shall deliver to the Borrower the Securities Loan Collateral with respect to such Securities Loan.

  • Upon such notice, the Borrower shall deliver Borrowed Securities to State Street no later than the earlier of (a) the end of the customary delivery period for such Borrowed Securities in the Securities Trading Location or (b) the close of business on the third Securities Trading Day following the day on which State Street gives notice of termination of such Securities Loan to the Borrower.

  • For purposes of determining the Securities Trading Day on which Borrowed Securities must be returned to Lender, the first Securities Trading Day shall be the Securities Trading Day that follows the Securities Trading Day on which notice is given.

  • For purposes of determining the Securities Trading Day on which the Equivalent Securities must be returned to State Street, the first Securities Trading Day shall be the Securities Trading Day that follows the Securities Trading Day on which notice is given.

  • Upon such notice, the Borrower shall deliver Equivalent Securities to State Street no later than the earlier of (a) the end of the customary delivery period for such Equivalent Securities in the Securities Trading Location or (b) the close of business on the third Securities Trading Day following the day on which State Street gives notice of termination of such Securities Loan to the Borrower.

  • No later than the close of trading on the Collateral Transfer Day that next follows the Securities Trading Day upon which the Borrower returns the Borrowed Securities to Stxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx xhall deliver to the Borrower the Securities Loan Collateral with respect to such Securities Loan.

  • Upon such notice, the Borrower shall deliver Borrowed Securities to State Street no later than the earlier of (a) the end of the standard settlement date for such Borrowed Securities in the Securities Trading Location or (b) the close of business on the fifth Securities Trading Day following the day on which State Street gives notice of termination of such Securities Loan to the Borrower.

  • Upon such notice, the Borrower shall deliver Borrowed Securities to State Street no later than the earlier of (a) the end of the customary delivery period for such Borrowed Securities in the Securities Trading Location or (b) the close of business on the fifth Securities Trading Day following the day on which State Street gives notice of termination of such Securities Loan to the Borrower.

  • Principal Market means the Nasdaq National Market, the Nasdaq SmallCap Market, the American Stock Exchange, the OTC Bulletin Board or the New York Stock Exchange, whichever is at the time the principal trading exchange or market for the Common Stock.

  • Trading Date means the closing of the first sale to the general public of the Shares pursuant to a registration statement filed with and declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Act.

  • Stock Market means a securities market operated by a securities exchange;

  • Principal Trading Market means the Trading Market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, which, as of the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, shall be the Nasdaq Capital Market.

  • OTC means Over-the-Counter.

  • Portal Market means The Portal Market operated by the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. or any successor thereto.

  • VWAP Trading Day means a day on which (A) there is no VWAP Market Disruption Event; and (B) trading in the Common Stock generally occurs on the principal U.S. national or regional securities exchange on which the Common Stock is then listed or, if the Common Stock is not then listed on a U.S. national or regional securities exchange, on the principal other market on which the Common Stock is then traded. If the Common Stock is not so listed or traded, then “VWAP Trading Day” means a Business Day.

  • Securities Exchange means, at any time, the registered national securities exchange on which the Corporation’s equity securities are then principally listed or traded, which shall be either the New York Stock Exchange or NASDAQ Global Market (or similar national quotation system of the NASDAQ Stock Market) (“NASDAQ”) or any successor exchange of either the New York Stock Exchange or NASDAQ.

  • Street Trading means the selling or exposing or the offering for sale of any article (including a living thing) or the supplying or offering to supply any service in a street for gain or reward.

  • Securities Transfer Act means the Securities Transfer Act (British Columbia) from time to time in force and all amendments thereto and includes all regulations and amendments thereto made pursuant to that Act.

  • Nasdaq National Market means the National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation National Market or any successor national securities exchange or automated over-the-counter trading market in the United States.

  • National Securities Exchange means an exchange registered with the Commission under Section 6(a) of the Exchange Act or any successor thereto.

  • Final Exchange Bulletin means the Exchange bulletin issued following closing of the Qualifying Transaction and the submission of all required documentation and that evidences the final Exchange acceptance of the Qualifying Transaction.

  • Personal Securities Transaction means any transaction in a Covered Security in which an Access Person has a direct or indirect Pecuniary Interest.

  • Primary Market means on any of (a) the American Stock Exchange, (b) New York Stock Exchange, (c) the Nasdaq Global Select Market, (d) the Nasdaq Global Market, (e) the Nasdaq Capital Market, or (e) the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (“OTCBB”)

  • Financial Markets means international financial markets in which currency and other financial assets exchange rates are determined in multi-party trade.

  • Trading Market means any of the following markets or exchanges on which the Common Stock is listed or quoted for trading on the date in question: the NYSE American, the Nasdaq Capital Market, the Nasdaq Global Market, the Nasdaq Global Select Market, or the New York Stock Exchange (or any successors to any of the foregoing).

  • Personal Securities Transactions means any transaction in a Security pursuant to which an Access Person would have a Beneficial Ownership interest with the exception of obligations of the U.S. Government, bankers’ acceptances, bank certificates of deposit, money market fund shares, commercial paper, high quality short-term debt instruments and registered open-end investment companies, none of which are funds advised or sub-advised by the Firm.

  • Stock Exchange The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited

  • Pink OTC Markets means the OTC Markets Group Inc. electronic inter-dealer quotation system, including OTCQX, OTCQB and OTC Pink.
