Securitization Charge definition

Securitization Charge means any securitization charges as defined in Section 10h(i) of the Securitization Law that are authorized by the Financing Order.
Securitization Charge as defined in Appendix A to the 2014 Servicing Agreement.
Securitization Charge means the nonbypassable amounts to be charged for the use or availability of electric services (but does not include tax charges authorized by the Financing Order), approved by the MPSC under the Financing Order, to fully recover qualified costs, to be collected by Consumers, its successors, assignees or other collection agents, as provided for in the Financing Order.

More Definitions of Securitization Charge

Securitization Charge has the meaning specified in Appendix A to the Servicing Agreement.
Securitization Charge means the Securitization Charge authorized by the MPSC to be imposed on all Customers by Detroit Edison to recover Qualified Costs pursuant to the Financing Order.

The Securitization Charge shall be imposed and collected until the Securitization Bonds have been paid in full and the Securitization Costs have been recovered in full. Securitization Charges are either CEU Securitization Charges or R&M Securitization Charges.
Securitization Charge means a non-bypassable charge provided for in the Financing Order for the purpose of providing funds for the full recovery of certain qualified costs of Detroit Edison or the Assignee, which shall be payable pursuant to, and as set forth in, the Financing Order, or all such non-bypassable charges provided for in the Financing Order, collectively, as the context may require.
