Security Agreement Amendment definition

Security Agreement Amendment means an amendment to that certain Amended and Restated Security Agreement dated as of March 20, 2017, as amended prior to the date hereof (the “Security Agreement”), which provides for the inclusion of the New Notes as a secured note under the terms of such Amended and Restated Security Agreement.

Security Agreement Amendment means an Amendment to the Security Agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit C hereto.

Security Agreement Amendment means Amendment No. 2 to Security Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit B to this Agreement.

Security Agreement Amendment means the First Amendment to Security Agreement dated as of the Closing Date by and among the Company, the Investors and any other holders of the Initial Notes, and the Agent identified therein, in a form acceptable to such parties.
