Security Device Code definition

Security Device Code means a number generated by a Security Device or a substitute number provided by ANZ.

  • IB Users can access ANZ Internet Banking using the User ID, Temporary Password and Security Device Code (where required) issued to them by ANZ following registration.

  • ANZ will cancel it and arrange for you to select a new username, password, PIN or Telecode, or to be provided with a new CRN or Security Device Code.

  • You must not then continue to use your password, username, PIN, CRN, Telecode or Security Device Code.

  • Security Device means any passwords, User identification numbers, certificates, or other form(s) of authentication or security used to access the Service.

  • Defeat device means any element of design which senses temperature, vehicle speed, engine rotational speed, drive gear, manifold vacuum or any other parameter for the purpose of activating, modulating, delaying or deactivating the operation of any part of the emission control system that reduces the effectiveness of the emission control system under conditions which may reasonably be expected to be encountered in normal vehicle operation and use. Such an element of design shall not be considered a defeat device if:

  • Landlord Personal Property Collateral Access Agreement means a Landlord Waiver and Consent Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit S, with such amendments, modifications or supplements as may be approved by Collateral Agent.
