Security Supplement definition

Security Supplement has the meaning assigned to that term in the Security Agreement.

Security Supplement means any supplement to this Agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit A, executed by a Responsible Officer of the applicable Grantor.

Security Supplement a supplement hereto substantially in the form of Exhibit "C", executed and delivered to Lender by SPE, describing Equipment and Leases and subjecting the same to the security interest in favor of Lender arising under Section 6.

Any additional payments such as a Social Security Supplement are also taxable.
If a Participant has a Separation from Service before that date (other than due to a Change of Control, Retirement, death or Total Disability), all Matching Credits made prior to January 1, 2005, Employer Contribution Credits and Social Security Supplement Credits shall be forfeited.
The Participant or his Beneficiaries shall be entitled to benefits from Matching Credits made prior to January 1, 2005, Employer Contribution Credits and Social Security Supplement Credits allocated to his Account by the Employer, and earnings thereon, only upon satisfaction of the vesting requirements of this Article IV.
The Grantor, at its own expense, will cause this Aircraft Security Agreement (with each Aircraft Security Supplement covering an Aircraft being subjected to the Lien of this Aircraft Security Agreement attached) to be promptly filed and recorded, or filed for recording, with the FAA to the extent permitted under the Transportation Code and the rules and regulations of the FAA thereunder.
Each Discount Facility Loan shall bear interest at the Discount Facility Rate determined for such Loan and shall be evidenced by a Security Supplement which shall set forth the repayment terms with respect to such Discount Facility Loan in a manner satisfactory to Lender and shall identify the Lease(s) with respect to which such Discount Facility Loan is made.

Security Supplement means any supplement to this Agreement in substantially the form of Schedule 5 (Security Supplement), executed by an Authorized Officer of a Grantor. Taking means any circumstance or event, or series of circumstances or events, in consequence of which the Collateral or any part thereof is condemned, nationalized, seized, taken, compulsorily acquired or otherwise expropriated by any Governmental Authority under power of eminent domain or otherwise. Takings Proceeds means, with respect to a Taking, any compensation, award, damages or other payment or relief with respect to such Taking UCC means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in the State of New York; provided that, if by reason of mandatory provisions of applicable law, the perfection or priority of the security interest granted hereunder in any Collateral is governed by the Uniform Commercial Code in effect in a jurisdiction other than the State of New York, the term UCC will mean the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in such other jurisdiction solely for the purposes of the provisions hereof relating to such perfection or priority.

Security Supplement means any supplement to this Agreement in substantially the form of Schedule 3 (FORM OF Security Supplement), executed by an Authorized Officer of the Pledgor.

Security Supplement as defined in the Pledge and Security Agreement.

Security Supplement for each Funding Date means the Security ------------------- Supplement substantially in the form attached to the Participation Agreement as Exhibit F and sequentially numbered executed by Lessor and Collateral Agent.

Security Supplement means any supplement to this Agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit A, executed by an authorized financial officer of the Pledgor. “Stock” means shares of capital stock (whether denominated as common stock or preferred stock), beneficial, partnership or membership interests, participations or other equivalents (regardless of how designated) of or in a corporation, partnership, limited liability company or equivalent entity, whether voting or non voting, and all rights to subscribe for, purchase or otherwise acquire any of the foregoing. “Toshiba” means Toshiba Corporation, a corporation organized under the laws of Japan. “Trustee” has the meaning set forth in the preamble hereto. “UCC” means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in the State of New York or, when the context implies, the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in any other applicable jurisdiction.

Security Supplement in addition to the supplement hereto substantially in the form of Exhibit "C", shall include a Non-Recourse Promissory Note substantially in the form of Group Exhibit "C", executed and delivered to Lender by TSFC, describing the amount of the Discount Facility Loan, the Discount Facility Rate and the Discount Facility Loan Value.
