Security Supplement definition

Security Supplement has the meaning assigned to that term in the Security Agreement.
Security Supplement means any supplement to this Agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit A, executed by a Responsible Officer of the applicable Grantor.
Security Supplement a supplement hereto substantially in the form of Exhibit "C", executed and delivered to Lender by SPE, describing Equipment and Leases and subjecting the same to the security interest in favor of Lender arising under Section 6.

More Definitions of Security Supplement

Security Supplement means any supplement to this Agreement in substantially the form of Schedule 5 (Security Supplement), executed by an Authorized Officer of a Grantor. Taking means any circumstance or event, or series of circumstances or events, in consequence of which the Collateral or any part thereof is condemned, nationalized, seized, taken, compulsorily acquired or otherwise expropriated by any Governmental Authority under power of eminent domain or otherwise. Takings Proceeds means, with respect to a Taking, any compensation, award, damages or other payment or relief with respect to such Taking UCC means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in the State of New York; provided that, if by reason of mandatory provisions of applicable law, the perfection or priority of the security interest granted hereunder in any Collateral is governed by the Uniform Commercial Code in effect in a jurisdiction other than the State of New York, the term UCC will mean the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in such other jurisdiction solely for the purposes of the provisions hereof relating to such perfection or priority.
Security Supplement means any supplement to this Agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit A, executed by an authorized financial officer of the Pledgor.
Security Supplement means any supplement to this Agreement in substantially the form of Schedule 3 (FORM OF Security Supplement), executed by an Authorized Officer of the Pledgor.

Security Supplement in addition to the supplement hereto substantially in the form of Exhibit "C", shall include a Non-Recourse Promissory Note substantially in the form of Group Exhibit "C", executed and delivered to Lender by TSFC, describing the amount of the Discount Facility Loan, the Discount Facility Rate and the Discount Facility Loan Value.
