SEESA Deed definition

SEESA Deed means the deed between the Commonwealth of Australia, Ansett Holdings Ltd (Administrators Appointed) (ACN 065 117 535), various other Ansett companies and the Voluntary Administrators dated 14 December 2001 and attached as Exhibit 1;

Related to SEESA Deed

  • Trust Deed means the Trust Deed dated December 9, 2002 of UTI Mutual Fund.

  • Framework Agreement means the Clauses of this Framework Agreement together with the Framework Schedules and annexes to it;

  • Raffle means a lottery in which the prize is won by (i) a random drawing of the name or

  • the Gazette means the Botswana Government Gazette;

  • Municipal Finance Management Act means the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003);

  • Union harmonisation legislation means any Union legislation harmonising the conditions for the marketing of products;

  • Corporations Regulations means the Corporations Regulations 2001 (Cth).

  • Master association means an organization that is authorized to exercise some or all of the powers of one or more associations on behalf of one or more common interest communities or for the benefit of the unit owners of one or more common interest communities.
