Segment C means the design, public involvement, environmental review, permitting, construction, ownership, operation and maintenance of that portion of the Lake to Sound Trail that is located on City Property, as described in Section 1.1 above, and in WSDOT ROW. Segment C connects to the existing Segment B of the Lake to Sound Trail at the intersection of Des Moines Memorial Drive and South Normandy Road in Burien. The trail will follow Des Moines Memorial Drive south and east to the WSDOT ROW at the existing terminus of SR 509. The trail will follow the proposed SR 509 Completion alignment south then east to reconnect with Des Moines Memorial Drive.   • MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.
