BRANCHING UNIT. 4 shall mean the branching unit in Segment J attached to the System off the coast of Korea, which would allow the System to be connected to the Taean Cable Station at a location capable of interconnecting with major telecommunications carriers, as more specifically described in the Technical Volume.
