Segregated Batch definition

Segregated Batch means a batch identifiable as the property of a single Shipper and moved through the pipeline so as to maintain this singular identity and ownership.
Segregated Batch means a Batch of Product that is not part of a Fungible Batch, which has specific identifiable characteristics and which is moved through the System as an identifiable unit so as to maintain its quality and characteristics. The transportation of a Segregated Batch on the System is subject to acceptance by Carrier, in its sole discretion.
Segregated Batch means a tender of Crude Petroleum in a batch having specific identifiable characteristics which is moved through the pipeline and pipeline facilities as a unit so as to maintain its quality and characteristics as may be determined based on analysis of a sample of such Crude Petroleum.

Related to Segregated Batch

  • Segregated facilities, as used in this provision, means any waiting rooms, work areas, rest rooms and wash rooms, restaurants and other eating areas, time clocks, locker rooms and other storage or dressing areas, parking lots, drinking fountains, recreation or entertainment areas, transportation, and housing facilities provided for employees, that are segregated by explicit directive or are in fact segregated on the basis of race, color, religion, or national origin because of habit, local custom, or otherwise.

  • Surplus Account has the meaning assigned to it in Section 3.02(a).
