Selected Aircraft definition

Selected Aircraft. Has the meaning specified in the Note Purchase Agreement.
Selected Aircraft means the one Boeing 757-300 aircraft and one Airbus A330-300 aircraft that Northwest may either elect to be a Leased Aircraft or to convert from an Owned Aircraft to a Leased Aircraft.

Any person who causes or authorizes the operation of aircraft, whether with or without the right of legal control in the capacity of owner, lessee, or otherwise, of the aircraft, is engaging in the operation of aircraft.

  • Tourism destination project means a qualified non-gaming business facility that will be among the most visited privately owned or operated tourism or recreation sites in the State, and which is located within the qualified incentive area and has been determined by the authority to be in an area appropriate for development and in need of economic development incentive assistance, including a non-gaming business within an established Tourism District with a significant impact on the economic viability of that District.

  • Replacement Engine means a [Engine Manufacturer and Model] engine (or an engine of the same or another manufacturer of a comparable or an improved model and suitable for installation and use on the Airframe with the other Engine (or any other Replacement Engine being substituted simultaneously therewith)) that shall have been made subject to the Lien of the Indenture pursuant to Section 7.04 or Section 7.05 thereof, together with all Parts relating to such engine, but excluding items installed or incorporated in or attached to any such engine from time to time that are excluded from the definition of Parts.
