Examples of Selected Fund in a sentence

  • The NAV applicable for STO shall be the NAV of the Selected Fund and the Target Fund on the day when the STO takes place.

  • With respect to agreements, covenants and obligations in any of the 3-Agreements required to be performed or complied with by Buyer on or prior to the Closing Date, Buyer shall have performed or complied with, in all material respects, such agreements, covenants and obligations, except where such failure to perform shall not have a material adverse effect.

  • Related Fund means, with respect to any holder of any Note, any fund or entity that (i) invests in Securities or bank loans, and (ii) is advised or managed by such holder, the same investment advisor as such holder or by an affiliate of such holder or such investment advisor.

A person is considered an Investment Person only as to those client accounts or types of client accounts as to which he or she is designated by Personal Trading Compliance or the Chief Compliance Officer as such. As to other accounts, he or she is simply an Access Person.

  • Pooled fund group means an internally created fund of a district in which one or more institutional accounts of a district are in- vested.
