Self-Storage Business definition

Self-Storage Business means the business of acquiring, developing, constructing, franchising, owning or operating self-storage facilities.
Self-Storage Business means the provision of storage or space for such purposes as customers may require, which (for the avoidance of doubt) may include storage of customers' records together with the provision of limited assis tance in servicing such records, provided that the primary purpose of such business shall be the provision of self-service storage space and that such business shall not be marketed as serviced records management.
Self-Storage Business shall have the meaning set forth in Recital A.
