Storage Facilities definition

Storage Facilities means, collectively, the storage facilities covered by the Storage Agreements.

Storage Facilities means those facilities that are owned, controlled, or operated by a person offering storage service for natural gas and generally means any underground reservoir suitable for the storage of natural gas and the facilities used to inject and withdraw natural gas into and out of that underground reservoir.

Storage Facilities means the storage tanks described on Appendix 4, as such list may be modified from time-to-time in accordance with the terms of Clause 5(d) of Appendix 5, and which Storage Tanks Seller has exclusive rights all as provided for herein and in Storage Facilities Use Provisions attached hereto as Appendix 5. Appendix 4 shall reflect any storage tanks to be used to store Indigenous Feedstock.

Examples of Storage Facilities in a sentence

• The Company and Intermediary shall each have the measurement rights provided for in this Agreement for so long as any Intermediary Materials are located in the Pipeline or Storage Facilities.

• In addition to this Agreement, the Owner of a Renewable Multi-Family Housing Complex is subject to meeting all additional requirements of the Multi-Family Renewable Schedule and the Net Metering 2.0 Schedule and must sign both the District’s “Electrical Interconnection Agreement For Net Energy Metering from Generation or Storage Facilities of 3 Megawatts or Less” (Interconnection Agreement) and the “Net Metering Agreement”.

• Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, if an Event of Default with respect to the Partnership Parties has occurred and is continuing, the Company and its representatives and agents shall have unlimited and unrestricted access to the Storage Facilities and the Pipelines for so long as such Event of Default continues.

• For a period from and including the Amendment Effective Date to the Expiration Date (the “Designation Period”), the Company hereby assigns to Intermediary all of the Company’s rights to use, hold Crude Oil and Products in, and transport Crude Oil and Products through, the Storage Facilities pursuant to this Agreement, subject to additional terms and conditions of this Section 28.

• The Partnership shall use reasonable commercial efforts to minimize the interruption of service on the Pipelines or at the Storage Facilities and shall use its best efforts to minimize the impact of any such interruption on the Company.

More Definitions of Storage Facilities

Storage Facilities mean the Crude Storage Tanks and the land, piping, truck facilities, rail facilities and other facilities related thereto, together with existing or future modifications or additions.

Storage Facilities means the storage, loading and offloading facilities located at the Refinery including the Crude Storage Tanks and the Refinery Product Storage Tanks and the land, piping, marine facilities, truck facilities and other facilities related thereto, together with existing or future modifications or additions, which are excluded from the definition of Refinery. In addition, the term “Storage Facilities” includes all other Company Included Locations, except those storage, loading and offloading facilities which are used exclusively to store Excluded Materials.

Storage Facilities mean the storage, loading and offloading facilities owned or operated by the Company located at Xxxxx Springs, Louisiana, including the Crude Storage Tanks, the Product Storage Tanks and the land, piping, marine facilities, truck facilities and other facilities related thereto, together with existing or future modifications or additions, which are excluded from the definition of Refinery or Refinery Facilities. In addition, the term “Storage Facilities” includes any location where a storage facility is used by the Company to store or throughput Crude Oil or Products except those storage, loading and offloading facilities owned or operated by the Company which are used to store Excluded Materials.

Storage Facilities means the spheres, tanks and other storage facilities identified in Exhibit A hereto, and any other spheres, caverns, tanks or storage facilities used to store commodities that Operator agrees to operate on behalf of Company upon reasonable request by Company.”

Storage Facilities mean the storage, loading and offloading facilities owned, operated, leased or used pursuant to a contractual right of use by the Company, XXXX or any other subsidiary of the Company including the Crude Storage Tanks, the Product Storage Tanks, any pipelines owned or operated by the Company or its subsidiaries, and the land, piping, marine facilities, truck facilities and other facilities related thereto, together with existing or future modifications or additions, which are excluded from the definition of Refinery or Refinery Facilities. In addition, the term “Storage Facilities” includes any location where a storage facility is used by the Company or XXXX to store or throughput Crude Oil or Products except those storage, loading and offloading facilities owned, operated, leased or used pursuant to a contractual right of use by the Company or XXXX which are used exclusively to store Excluded Materials.

Storage Facilities means any storage space with pipelines, pumps, component parts and equipment and appliances belonging thereto, which are within the Terminal, to be made available to or to be used by the Operator for the purpose of carrying out the Services pursuant to the Agreement;

Storage Facilities means any and all storage facilities on the Site, that are used for the storage of Waste and any Tail-End ILW following the Decommissioning Start Date;
