Storage Facilities definition
Storage Facilities means those facilities that are owned, controlled, or operated by a person offering storage service for natural gas and generally means any underground reservoir suitable for the storage of natural gas and the facilities used to inject and withdraw natural gas into and out of that underground reservoir.
Storage Facilities means the storage, loading and offloading facilities located at the Refinery including the Crude Storage Tanks and the Refinery Product Storage Tanks and the land, piping, marine facilities, truck facilities and other facilities related thereto, together with existing or future modifications or additions, which are excluded from the definition of Refinery. In addition, the term “Storage Facilities” includes all other Company Included Locations, except those storage, loading and offloading facilities which are used exclusively to store Excluded Materials.
Storage Facilities means, collectively, the storage facilities covered by the Storage Agreements.

SSO will thereby act in accordance with the standards of a reasonable and prudent storage operator by avoiding any danger to humans and the environment and in consideration of the integrity of the Natural Gas Storage Facilities of SSO.
SSO shall be entitled to interrupt or restrict the operation of the Natural Gas Storage Facility due to technical faults of the Natural Gas storage according to sentence 3 (faults) or for carrying out maintenance measures as well as measures for new construction, changes and expansion operations (measures) of the Natural Gas Storage Facilities.

To the extent available, Licensee may use the paid storage facilities described in the Account Summary ("Paid Storage Facilities") to store personal property.
The annual rent for the Fuel Storage Facilities is $394,042.82, payable at $32,836.90 monthly (“Fuel Storage Facilities Rent”).
More Definitions of Storage Facilities
Storage Facilities means the storage tanks described on Appendix 4, as such list may be modified from time-to-time in accordance with the terms of Clause 5(d) of Appendix 5, and which storage tanks Seller has exclusive rights all as provided for herein and in Storage Facilities Use Provisions attached hereto as Appendix 5. Appendix 4 shall reflect any storage tanks to be used to store Feedstock.
Storage Facilities mean the Crude Storage Tanks and the land, piping, truck facilities, rail facilities and other facilities related thereto, together with existing or future modifications or additions.
Storage Facilities mean the storage, loading and offloading facilities owned or operated by the Company located at ▇▇▇▇▇ Springs, Louisiana, including the Crude Storage Tanks, the Product Storage Tanks and the land, piping, marine facilities, truck facilities and other facilities related thereto, together with existing or future modifications or additions, which are excluded from the definition of Refinery or Refinery Facilities. In addition, the term “Storage Facilities” includes any location where a storage facility is used by the Company to store or throughput Crude Oil or Products except those storage, loading and offloading facilities owned or operated by the Company which are used to store Excluded Materials.
Storage Facilities means any storage space with pipelines, pumps, component parts and equipment and appliances belonging thereto, which are within the Terminal, to be made available to or to be used by the Operator for the purpose of carrying out the Services pursuant to the Agreement;

Storage Facilities means any and all storage facilities on the Site, that are used for the storage of Waste and any Tail-End ILW following the Decommissioning Start Date;
Storage Facilities means the spheres, tanks and other storage facilities identified in Exhibit A hereto, and any other spheres, caverns, tanks or storage facilities used to store commodities that Operator agrees to operate on behalf of Company upon reasonable request by Company.”
4. Unless otherwise determined by context, all occurrences of the term “Pipeline and Terminals” (or singular versions thereof) in the Operational Services Agreement shall be deemed to include reference to “Storage Facilities.”
5. Exhibit A to the Operational Services Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced by the First Amended Exhibit A attached hereto.
6. Exhibit B to the Operational Services Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced by the First Amended Exhibit B attached hereto.
7. Exhibit C to the Operational Services Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced by the First Amended Exhibit C attached hereto.
8. Exhibit D to the Operational Services Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced by the First Amended Exhibit D attached hereto.
9. Exhibit E to the Operational Services Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced by the First Amended Exhibit E attached hereto.
10. Exhibit F to the Operational Services Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced by the First Amended Exhibit F attached hereto.
11. Exhibit G to the Operational Services Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced by the First Amended Exhibit G attached hereto.
12. This Amendment shall be effective as of March 1, 2014.
13. Except as expressly set forth herein, all other terms and conditions of the Operational Services Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
