As of the date of this Agreement, there are no applications by Seller or any of its Subsidiaries pending before the FCC, the State Commissions or any other Governmental Entity for additional authorizations that would be Seller Authorizations if they existed as of the date of this Agreement.
All such material Seller Authorizations are set forth in Section 3.8.2 of the Seller Disclosure Schedule, and all of such Seller Authorizations are in full force and effect, except as would not reasonably be expected to materially and adversely affect the Product Business.
