Seller Facilities definition

Seller Facilities has the meaning set forth in Section 4.14(d).
Seller Facilities means the "Parcel A Facilities" under the Astoria Declaration of Easements, together with the respective "Seller Facilities" under each 20 13 of the Gowanus and Narrows Declaration of Easements Agreements.
Seller Facilities means those facilities of the Seller which are described in the Easements Agreement.

  • Seller shall also provide, as a component of its Disaster Recovery Plan, uninterrupted backup power supply to guard against electrical outages at the Seller Facilities from which the Services are rendered and backup telecommunications lines to such Seller Facilities, on independent circuits, to guard against telecommunications outages.

  • All Seller Facilities and tenant improvements located thereon or therein are in good operating condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted, and are adequate and suitable for the purposes for which they are currently being used.

More Definitions of Seller Facilities

Seller Facilities means all Facilities now or hereafter owned, operated or leased by Seller Parent or any subsidiary or affiliate.
Seller Facilities shall have the meaning given to such term in the Declaration of Easements Agreement.

Seller Facilities means the physical premises in which any or all of the Seller System is located, including any offsite facilities for storage or operation of backups.
