Declaration of Easements definition

Declaration of Easements means that certain Declaration of Easements made by Bxxx Israel Hospital Association dated as of December 11, 1992 and recorded on December 28, 1992 with the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds as Document No. 17945129.

Declaration of Easements means the Declaration of Easements, dated as of December 3, 1997 between TSP and Atlantic Financial Group Ltd., as the same may be amended or modified from time to time.

More Definitions of Declaration of Easements

Declaration of Easements has the meaning set forth in Section 15.2(b)(vii).

Declaration of Easements means that certain Declaration of Easements (Eastern Rail Yard Section of the Jxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx West Side Yard) made by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, dated as of May 26, 2010, and recorded in the Register’s Office on June 10, 2010 as City Register File No. (CRFN) 2010000194078, as amended by that certain First Amendment to Declaration of Easements made by Metropolitan Transportation Authority, dated as of the date hereof, and intended to be recorded in the Register’s Office.

Declaration of Easements means that certain Declaration of Easements, Shared Use and Maintenance Agreement dated as of October __, 1998, relating to the Parcels and executed by Landlord (in its capacity as the owner of the Parcels) and joined in or consented to by Tenant and one or more other persons, as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time.

Declaration of Easements means and refers to that certain a certain Fourth Restated Declaration of Easements dated as of August 15, 2001, recorded with the Middlesex North Registry of Deeds in Book 12004, Page 294, as amended by a certain First Amendment to Fourth Restated Declaration of Easements dated as of May 16, 2013, recorded with said Deeds at Book 27375, Page 257, and a certain Second Amendment to Fourth Restated Declaration of Easements dated as of August 14, 2018, recorded with said Deeds at Book 32360, Page 223.

Declaration of Easements has the meaning set forth in the Operating Agreement.
