Seller Ownership Period definition

Seller Ownership Period means, with respect to each Asset, the period beginning on the effective date Seller acquired ownership of the Asset and ending at the Effective Time.

Seller Ownership Period as defined in Section 6.07.

Seller Ownership Period means the period of time from July 1, 2005 to the Closing Date.
