Seller Transaction Agreements definition

Seller Transaction Agreements means this Agreement and each other Transaction Agreement to which any Seller Party is named as a party on the signature pages thereto.

Seller Transaction Agreements means all agreements, instruments and documents being or to be executed and delivered by Seller pursuant to this Agreement.
