Selling Fee definition

Selling Fee means the sum of the Commission and Subscription and Ancillary Fee (where applicable);
Selling Fee. , for a lottery ticket, means the amount to which a lottery agent is entitled, under the agent’s agency agreement, for processing the ticket.
Selling Fee means the amount to which a lottery agent is entitled for processing the entry form for a participant in the lottery concerned under the agent’s agency agreement.

  • Placement Fee has the meaning given thereto in Section 2(a) hereof;
