Sending ADI definition

Sending ADI. – means an ADI whose customer has made an internet payment.
Sending ADI means an ADI which is a subscriber to the ePayments Code and whose customer has made an internet payment which has been reported as being a Mistaken Internet Payment.
Sending ADI means an ADI which is a subscriber to the ePayments Code or which receives payments processed through the NPP as an Osko payment or Basic Single Credit Transfer and whose customer has made an internet payment which has been reported as being a Mistaken Internet Payment.

  • Process where funds are not available in Your Account Where we and the Sending ADI are satisfied that a Mistaken Internet Payment has occurred, but there are not sufficient credit funds available in your Account to the full value of the Mistaken Internet Payment, then we must use reasonable endeavours to retrieve the funds from you for return to the sender (for example, by facilitating repayment of the funds by you by instalments).
