Examples of Sending ADI in a sentence

  • Process where funds are not available in Your Account Where we and the Sending ADI are satisfied that a Mistaken Internet Payment has occurred, but there are not sufficient credit funds available in your Account to the full value of the Mistaken Internet Payment, then we must use reasonable endeavours to retrieve the funds from you for return to the sender (for example, by facilitating repayment of the funds by you by instalments).

  • When you report a Mistaken Internet Payment to us, we as the Sending ADI, will investigate whether a Mistaken Internet Payment has occurred.
